Robert Yarbrough, Principal/RF Engineer - has been serving the wireless community for 20 years in various RF technologies and has worked for industry leaders such as Boeing and most recently 3Com Corporation developing 802.11a/b products. His experience includes 8 years at Diablo Research. He has extensive experience in both the military sector and the commercial end of the wireless business.

Mike Serrone, Principal/System Engineer - has 20 years of experience in the wireless and telecommunications industry including 10 years as Sr. Project Manager and Director of Engineering at Diablo Research/Cadence Design Systems. He directly managed the development of over 50 wireless products for a wide range of clients. Recently he has managed a team of 70 engineers developing a 3rd generation fixed wireless system for the telecom industry. Mr. Serrone has an MSEE and 11 international patents for communications designs.

Bill Howell, Principal/RF Engineer - has been developing wireless and other RF products for over 25 years including 5 years with Chaparral Communications and 11 years with Diablo Research/Cadence Design Systems. This year he completed development of a GPS Tracking device for children now in high-volume production in Singapore.

Extended Engineering Staff-- In addition to the core members, First Contact Engineering relies on a broad spectrum of consultants including software engineers, digital engineers, mechanical engineers, PCB designers, and system engineers. This virtual organizational structure enables us to quickly assemble a team with the right skill set for any project. In most cases these are individuals who have worked with us for years on a variety of projects.
